Job Description

You should be proficient with:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Building and refining ICP-based lead lists
  • Account mapping and persona segmentation
  • Message testing and iteration (not copy-paste spam)
  • Email Outreach
  • Prospect list building and enrichment
  • Cold email tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Deliverability hygiene and response optimization
  • A/B testing subject lines, angles, and CTAs
  • Pipeline Collaboration
  • Track conversations, replies, and meetings booked
  • Close the feedback loop on lead quality

This role is about precision, not volume, hence what you will not be doing

  • Running generic lead-gen ads
  • Managing social media calendars
  • Writing brand content for vanity metrics
  • Sending mass, untargeted spam

Skills & experience we're looking for

  • 25 years in B2B demand generation / outbound / growth
