Forage AI is a custom data automation company. We help our customers access web and document data tailored to their needs, specializing in complex, large-scale managed data extraction services. Our 2026 strategy is focused on building a sophisticated, AI-driven GTM engine that converts high-intent signals and target accounts into a predictable revenue pipeline. We're now looking for a marketer who can build and manage our lead pipeline – someone who understands the B2B enterprise services business and the strategic initiatives to attract and convert high-impact leads.
Your role:
You own the demand engine, including ABM, outbound, CRM management, and sales enablement. Your aim will be to ensure the pipeline is full and healthy, and that leads turn into customers.
What You'll Own
ABM + Outbound
- Run our ABM motion end-to-end. From target account selection, list building, multi-channel sequencing, personalization, and handoff to sales.
- Own the outbound motion and tech stack. Sourcing tools (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo), email sending platforms, automation, attribution, reporting, and deliverability infrastructure. Design and execute full-fledged outbound campaigns.
- Understand our ICP and messaging and build copy for the campaigns you execute.
- Ship experiments and campaigns weekly, not quarterly
Lead Funnel Health
- Monitor the full funnel: MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed-Won and flag drop-offs before they become problems
- Make sure leads keep coming and flowing. If a source dries up, you find the next one. The SEO/Ads Manager and Campaigns Manager run their channels; you run everything else and connect the dots.
- Build dashboards so the whole company sees pipeline reality.
CRM Hygiene + RevOps Glue
- Keep our CRM clean, accurate, and trustworthy. Dedupe, fix lifecycle stages, update properties, manage workflows, and find opportunities to nurture and convert.
- Sync regularly with the team to capture the latest pipeline state and translate it into the CRM. Anticipate and flag dry periods in the funnel and proactively raise them with the team.
Bottom-of-Funnel Enablement
- Diagnose why leads aren't closing. Sit with sales, listen to call recordings, read deal notes, and find the patterns
- Build the assets that close deals faster — one-pagers, ROI calculators, comparison guides, champion enablement decks, objection-handling docs, case studies
- You don't brief these out to anyone. You write them yourself, because you understand the ICP and the messaging deeply.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 4+ years of Demand Generation experience in goal-oriented high-growth teams.
- B2B or enterprise marketing experience, especially in data, AI, or technical services
- Experience marketing to data and AI personas (Heads of Data, CDOs, ML leads, AI engineers)
- Hands-on experience running ABM and outbound motions end-to-end – including strategy, deliverability, tooling, sequence designing, copy writing, etc.
Skills
- You understand the ICP pain points, channels, and messaging, and can calibrate them for different funnel stages and target accounts.
- Owns the tech stack. You've configured outbound and ABM infrastructure end-to-end. You've built TA lists, understand buying signals, and plugged in various tools. You've debugged deliverability problems. You've cleaned up CRMs. You're not afraid of digging into the data.
- Marketing ops + RevOps fluency. You know how data flows between tools. You understand lead definitions, and you can manage attribution.

- AI-native marketer. You don't just use ChatGPT for first drafts. You build workflows with AI agents, automate research, generate variants, and make AI part of how you operate every single day. If a tool can save you 4 hours, you build it before lunch.
