Role: Brand & Demand Generation Manager

We're looking for an AI-savvy, execution-focused marketer who can build brand awareness and generate qualified pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone who understands modern B2B SaaS marketing and can combine storytelling with growth execution.

You'll work closely with the founder, product, and content teams to make Glood.AI impossible to ignore.

What You'll Own

1. Brand Building & Category Presence

  • Build Glood.AI's positioning in the AI commerce / eCommerce tech category
  • Strengthen brand visibility across LinkedIn, website, events, communities, and industry conversations
  • Create compelling narratives that differentiate us from generic personalization tools
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels

2. Demand Generation

  • Run campaigns that generate qualified demos, leads, and pipeline
  • Build integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, email, partnerships, webinars, retargeting, and content
  • Optimize CAC, CPL, and campaign ROI
  • Support ABM campaigns for strategic accounts

3. Founder & Thought Leadership

  • Build founder presence on LinkedIn and key channels
  • Turn product insights, trends, and customer wins into high-performing content
  • Position leadership as experts in AI + eCommerce

4. Product & Customer Storytelling

  • Launch new products/features with sharp GTM messaging
  • Turn customer success stories into case studies, ads, landing pages, and social proof
  • Simplify complex AI products into clear business value

5. AI-First Marketing Execution

  • Use AI tools for research, ideation, copy, workflows, testing, and campaign acceleration
  • Experiment rapidly and ship faster than traditional teams

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing/growth/brand/demand gen
  • Strong understanding of performance + brand marketing balance
  • Experience in SaaS, eCommerce tech, martech, or AI products preferred
  • Excellent writing and storytelling ability
  • Strong ownership mindset — can execute without handholding
  • Comfortable working directly with founders and sales teams
  • AI-native marketer (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, creative AI tools, analytics tools)
  • Knows what works on LinkedIn in 2026

Bonus Points

Experience marketing to Shopify / D2C / enterprise eCommerce brands

  • Experience in the US/UK/East Asia markets
  • Webinar/event marketing experience
  • Product marketing instincts
  • Basic design/video sensibility

Success in First 6 Months

  • Increase qualified demo pipeline contribution from marketing
  • Improve brand visibility in AI commerce conversations
  • Launch 3–5 strong integrated campaigns
