Who are we looking for

Looking for Level 5 resource, having 4 plus years of relevant CLM Dev experience

Technical Skills:

3 plus years of hands-on experience in customizing Agiloft Contract Lifecyle Management(CLM) tool

4 plus years of experience in enterprise Developmentusing Contract Lifecyle Management (CLM) type systems (no code - Configure)

2 to 3 years of experience with Architecture, Design & Developmentof web-based applications

2 to 3 years of experience with Agile Development Methodology

Hands on Agiloft Implementation in atleast 3 to 4 projects

2 to 3 years of experience working with both relational and non-relational databases

Prior experience with LegalTech in general and with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Specifically: Implementation experience with systems like Salesforce, DocuSign, TAP staging and products related to Sourcing, Procurement, Matter Management, CPQ

Advanced experience with Excel or other data wrangling tools like Power BI or Tableau

Experience with scripting, coding, and/or API integrations

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work as part of a professional services delivery team to configure robust, scalable, and maintain the Agiloftsystem.

Act as Implementer on Enterprise projects under the guidance of Solution Architects.

Lead implementation efforts for commercial projects.

Lead effective design sessions to capture and document customerrequirements.

Write detailed specifications and configure low complexity implementations.

Handle internal customer interactions and initial escalation calls with a solutions-focused approach.

Deliver clear documentation and effective training.

Other duties as assigned.

Work with Product Development, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.

Capable of working independently, as well as with team members on different teams and in different locations.

Perform reviews with other team members in a reviewer capacity.

Provide technical mentoring and guidance to less experienced SW Engineers.

Develop and support enhancements and new functionality to automate deployments in a micro services architecture environment.

Work closely with other engineering team members to ensure code deployments are fully automated and transparent.

Continually work towards making improvements in the release process and facilitate migration to a Continuous Deployment/Continuous Integration approach.

Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting as needed to support production issues.

Assist and in some cases be responsible for the design and architecture of projects and features.

Be willing to support deployments outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation.

Actively participate in all relevant agile ceremonies for each project iteration.
