Delivery Manager

• Lead the efforts to develop and enhance the proposed and/or existing applications.
• Be the Manager for all activities (Designing/ Development/ Testing)
• Regularly conduct meetings with all teams
• Lead periodic audits to check conformance with process
• Lead periodic reviews to check quality of deliverables
• Present status reports and dashboards to senior management on a quarterly basis
• Use existing processes and leverages plans from similar efforts to achieve project outcomes
• Manage time effectively and focus on the critical few
• Ensures requirements documents are clear and align with program objectives

• Overall idea on Risk and Issues Management
• Should be very good in Agile and Scrum
• Should be an inspiration to team members
• Should be strong in project management, people management and customer communication
