Job description:
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Work with designated Customers and Recruiting team to identify open needs, qualifying those needs, presenting top candidates, and providing candidate interview feedback
- Drive placements, oversee contract negotiations and agreements to maximize profit
- Assist recruiting team with weekly submits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status for internal stakeholders
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Educational Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in the IT Staffing space
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to juggle multiple delivery management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
