Job Title: Client Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining positive engagement.
- Manage cross-functional client stakeholders to align project goals with business expectations.
- Ensure client needs and expectations are met consistently across all active engagements.
- Program / Delivery Oversight
- Lead delivery teams in planning, execution, tracking, and monitoring of projects.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel, tools, and budgets.
- Ensure deliveries meet internal quality standards and compliance processes.
- Oversee project completion within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the client's business objectives and contractual commitments.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and communicate project-related risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop actionable mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proactive risk governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communication & Governance
- Provide consistent and transparent updates to internal and client stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review delivery performance and gather feedback.
- Coordinate periodic governance reviews with senior executives from ShellKode and the client side.
- Financial Management
- Ensure timely project funding and invoice processing.
- Track project financials to ensure delivery within or under approved budget.
- Account Growth & Strategic Engagement
- Collaborate with account management and sales teams to enhance client engagement and long-term retention.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement, business expansion, upsell, or cross-sell within client accounts.
- Support strategic planning for assigned accounts and contribute to establishing long-term partnerships.
Experience
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years in the Software/IT Services industry.
- Minimum 2 years of Project/Program/Delivery Management in:
- Data Engineering, AI/ML, GenAI, or Cloud Engineering projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing client relationships.
Delivery Management
- Proven expertise in project planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and budget control.
- Strong experience in metrics-driven delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical Knowledge
- Sound understanding of at least two of the following domains:
- Data Engineering
- AI/ML or GenAI
- Cloud Engineering
Leadership
- Ability to lead, motivate, and guide delivery teams toward project goals.
- Strong conflict management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and drive team performance.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience conducting governance reviews with clients and internal leadership.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and executive teams.
