About The Role
Join us as a Client Delivery Manager and take the lead on IT-driven projects within the U.S. healthcare payer industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and healthcare, building deep expertise and impactful experience. You'll be driving initiatives that leverage cutting-edge, cloud-based technologies in a dynamic, fast-growing organization. Along the way, you'll develop powerful skills in project leadership, stakeholder management, and solution deliveryhelping shape the future of healthcare IT.
Your day to day
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale client engagements ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate closely with delivery team to translate client requirements into clear objectives, actionable milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish robust governance frameworks, including RAID logs, status reporting, and proactive stakeholder communication.
- Drive resource planning and capacity management, while performing detailed risk assessments to anticipate and mitigate challenges.
- Champion Agile practices across projects, ensuring effective backlog refinement and high-quality sprint execution.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, providing accurate project health updates and implementing timely risk mitigation strategies.
What You Bring To The Team
- 8+ years experience in technically complex IT project / program management roles with client-facing experience
- Experience in technically complex IT project management roles
- Experience in healthcare related project management payer experience ideal
- Agile Methodologies experience
- Experience in hands on technical roles e.g., programming, data modeling, software quality assurance, etc.
- Strong Oral and written communication skills
What We Would Like To See, But Not Required
- US Healthcare experience with healthcare payer experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification
- Certified Scrum Master
