Delivery Manager - .Net

Role: .Net Delivery manager

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 15-20 years

Mandatory Skills: .NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and SDLC processes.

JD:

Project Management i) On-time delivery of deliverables and schedule adherence of all tasks & subtasks ii) Ownership for the quantity and quality of deliverables as defined in the scope of the engagement. iii) Responsible for the experience, skill and cost mix of the team iv) Responsible for the project P&L Ø Team Facilitation i) Engage team members constructively to drive customer deliverables. ii) Motivate team members and drive teamwork.

iii) Ensure team has all resources required to execute the responsibility. iv) Monitor and manage the performance of individual teammates. v) Own administrative responsibility for resource availability, uptime and deliverables vi) Manage the profitability of delivery in line with the plan. Ø Reporting i) Submit periodic reports to the client as per the contract with the client. ii) Submit end-of-month billing statement/ invoice as applicable to the client. Ø Customer Relationship i) Act as the single point of contact for the customer for any issue resolution. ii) Involve teammates as appropriate in customer communications. iii) Identify all service recipients, beneficiaries and purchase points within the customer's organization and engage each one of them regularly. iv) Maintain and upkeep a detailed map of the customer's organization. v) In case of escalations and anticipated issues, bring the stakeholders together to arrive at the solution.

Must-Have Skills

Ø Strong technical background in .NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. Ø Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and SDLC processes.
