Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions.

This role requires deep technical expertise in LLMs (Large Language Models), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud-based AI infrastructure, especially using Azure OpenAI, along with strong architectural skills in .NET, Angular, and Python ecosystems.

As an AI Architect, you will define the technical strategy, guide development teams, and ensure scalability, performance, and security across all AI-enabled applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect scalable AI solutions involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering for enterprise use cases.
  • Define end-to-end AI architecture across backend (.NET), frontend (Angular), and AI pipelines (Python, Azure OpenAI).
  • Design and implement integration strategies between AI components and existing enterprise systems or microservices.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines leveraging tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Azure Cognitive Search, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
  • Lead the selection and adoption of LLMs, embedding models, vector stores, and inference frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities for AI and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure architectural best practices for scalability, fault tolerance, cost efficiency, and governance across the AI platform.
  • Mentor developers and guide implementation teams on AI model usage, data pipelines, and API integrations.
  • Drive POCs and pilot projects, and oversee transition to production systems.
  • Establish guidelines for performance tuning, observability, model lifecycle management, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of software architecture and development experience.
  • Strong expertise in building AI/ML systems, particularly with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, LLaMA).
  • Deep knowledge of RAG, vector search, and retrieval mechanisms using FAISS, Azure Cognitive Search, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, etc.
  • Proficiency in Python for ML/AI workloads and .NET (C#) for backend system design.
  • Working knowledge of Angular for building interactive user interfaces.
  • Experience with API design, system integration, event-driven architectures, and DevOps (CI/CD, containers, IaC).
  • Ability to evaluate and select appropriate LLM models, frameworks, and tools based on technical and business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or Haystack for RAG implementation.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model registries, and monitoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
  • Prior experience deploying AI systems in regulated or security-sensitive industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, government).
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Why Join Us

  • Be a strategic technical leader shaping AI initiatives in a fast-growing, innovation-focused environment.
  • Work on transformative AI solutions using state-of-the-art tools and models.
  • Competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and remote work flexibility.
  • Collaborative team culture with ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS), Master of Computer Science (MCS), Master of Science (MS/M.Sc), Diploma, Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E), PhD, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), B.Sc.
