Delivery Manager

Who are we looking for

Mphasis is seeking an experienced Hitech domain (Laptops/Servers/NPI) Delivery Manager to lead next-generation hardware and software projects, with a strong focus on laptop product engineering for one of our largest client accounts. The role requires proven expertise in project management, people leadership, and client engagement

1. Lead endtoend delivery of nextgeneration hardware and software programs, with strong focus on laptop/system engineering.

2. Manage and mentor highperforming teams while building trusted, longterm client relationships.

3. Drive account growth through proactive client engagement, business development, and renewals.

4. Own project financials including P&L, budgets, revenue, margins, and resource utilization.

5. Define project scope, plans, milestones, and governance; run QBRs/EBRs and executive reporting.

6. Proactively manage risks, scope changes, issue resolution, and lead AIdriven transformations and continuous improvement initiatives.

7. Manage Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring scope control, contract compliance, and protection of existing business.
