Service Delivery Manager

Lead end-to-end deployment of Auditnex and Comnex on private cloud infrastructure for US healthcare clients. Act as the bridge between product, engineering, and client teams to ensure smooth customization, deployment, and adoption in complex, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Alignment & Onboarding:

• Understand operational, compliance, and technical requirements of US healthcare payers and providers.
• Collaborate with client IT, Operations, and Compliance teams to define deployment roadmaps.

Solution Delivery & Deployment:

• Lead implementation and configuration of AI products on client-managed private cloud environments.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams to customize features to client workflows.
• Ensure HIPAA and other regulatory compliance throughout deployment.

Project Management:

• Own delivery timelines, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination across multiple client accounts.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress dashboards for stakeholders.

Client Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related client discussions.
• Translate technical details into business insights for executives.
• Build long-term trust and deepen client relationships through consistent performance.

Quality & Governance:

• Ensure uptime, performance, and SLA adherence through governance models.
• Oversee UAT, QA, and production rollouts with minimal disruption to client operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years in delivery/project/program management in AI or technology-driven product environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying enterprise software in US healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy, and healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience with Docker and private cloud environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying AI/ML/NLP or contact center solutions.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification.
• Exposure to EHR/EMR or healthcare CRM systems.
• Familiarity with US healthcare regulatory landscape and claims workflows.
