Job Description

The Role

As a Delivery Manager, you will own client projects end to end across implementation, integration, and data migration. You will lead the delivery team, plan and run the work, keep customers informed and confident, and put repeatable processes in place so delivery gets smoother as we grow. It is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable in a project plan, a client conversation, and a team huddle.

What You'll Own

Delivery across domains

  • Take full ownership of project delivery across implementation, integration, and data migration engagements.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Keep projects on track for quality, timeline, and budget and step in early when something needs course-correcting.

Leading the team

  • Lead, guide, and support a cross-functional delivery team working across multiple projects.
  • Allocate the right people to the right work, balancing workload, skills, and priorities.
  • Coach team members, remove blockers, and create an environment where people do their best work.

Planning and running projects

  • Build realistic project plans covering scope, timelines, resourcing, dependencies, and risks.
  • Run the day-to-day: track progress, manage risks and issues, and keep everything moving.
  • Report clearly on status, risks, and outcomes to both internal leadership and customers.

Owning the customer relationship

  • Act as the customer's main point of contact through delivery, building trust and confidence at every step.
  • Set expectations honestly, communicate proactively, and handle changes in scope with clarity rather than friction.
  • Make sure every engagement ends with a customer who would happily work with us again.

Building streamlined processes

  • Design and refine delivery processes, templates, and playbooks that make delivery repeatable and predictable.
  • Spot what slows the team down and fix it — bringing structure without bureaucracy.
  • Share what works across teams and regions so the whole delivery function gets stronger.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience (typically 8+ years) managing technology or SaaS delivery projects, ideally across implementation, integration, and data migration.
  • A track record of leading delivery teams and running several projects at once.
  • Strong project planning and management skills, with a good command of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management — you can hold a room, write a clear update, and have a hard conversation when it is needed.
  • A structured, process-minded approach, with the instinct to simplify and improve how work gets done.
  • Comfort working across time zones and cultures within a globally distributed team.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms
  • Exposure to AI-driven or automation-led delivery.
