3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing software or QA teams.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional hardware/software products.
Technical skills:
Strong background in embedded software development (C, C++) and real-time operating systems (RTOS) or embedded Linux.
Experience with embedded hardware and debugging tools (e.g., JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and test automation for embedded systems.
Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA or similar project management software.
Strong background in Quality Engineering, Delivery Leadership, or Program Management roles.
Proven track record of handling large distributed teams (50+ members).
Experience managing strategic client accounts with measurable growth and retention.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Exposure to Agile, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Cloud technologies preferred.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with TV hardware, streaming media platforms, or related technologies.
Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
