Job Title: Delivery Manager Product Engineering & ERP Solutions
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong expertise in platform/application development, product engineering, and ERP application delivery. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience managing L1, L2, L3 support with defined SLAs and ITIL processes. The role involves end-to-end delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and leadership of cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of product engineering and ERP projects.
- Lead platform/application development using Agile/Waterfall/hybrid models.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, architecture, and ERP teams for seamless execution.
- Own SLA/KPI adherence for L1, L2, L3 support operations.
- Govern incident, problem & service request management using ITIL practices.
- Conduct regular client meetings, governance reviews & milestone tracking.
- Review ticket trends, perform RCA, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage resource planning, performance, and competency development.
- Ensure compliance with security, change management, quality and audit standards.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery / Product Engineering / ERP solutions.
- Proven track record in application/platform development projects.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of managed services & SLA-based support.
- Good knowledge of ITIL framework and service operations.
- Strong customer management & communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and large teams.
Good to Have (Preferred):
- Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master / ITIL.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Experience in AMS / managed services environments.
- Exposure to automation tools & DevOps practices.
