We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead IT Infrastructure & Managed Services (IMS) delivery for large-scale environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing 40+ member technical teams and ensuring seamless BAU operations across infrastructure towers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee endtoend IT Infrastructure Delivery & Operations
- Manage multiple IMS towers:
- Unix, Wintel, Database, Storage, Networks (Voice/Data), Service Desk, NOC, EUC (AD/Exchange/O365)
- Drive SLA/KPI adherence, governance, reporting, and continuous service improvement
- Collaborate with Tower Leads, Service Managers, and customer teams
- Ensure compliance with ITSM/ISMS processes and delivery excellence
- RAID management and preparation of service performance decks (internal & customer)
Experience:
- 15+ years total experience, including
- 10+ years in IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Management
- Proven track record of delivering infra services in complex enterprise environments
Education & Certifications:
- BE/B.Tech preferred
- ITSM Expert certification
- PMP certification preferred
Professional Skills:
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead large technical teams and drive operational excellence
- Hands-on understanding of Datacentre & Cloud technologies
