Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across Core HR, TA Ops, HRIS, Case Management, Payroll & Benefits
  2. Ensure SLA/OLA compliance and stable delivery across geographies
  3. Drive productivity, automation, and cost optimization initiatives
  4. Lead HR transformation programs including RPA, GenAI & Agentic AI solutions
  5. Act as primary interface for client HR Operations leadership
  6. Manage governance reviews, risk mitigation, and executive escalations
  7. Lead transitions, service migrations, and expansion programs
  8. Manage large, distributed teams, delivery managers, and tower leads
  9. Drive data-led performance management and service maturity improvements
  10. Support client visits, solution discussions, and showcase transformation success stories

Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years in HR Shared Services / HR Operations delivery
  • Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Zendesk
  • Knowledge of GenAI & Agentic AI frameworks in HR domain
  • Strong stakeholder management and transformation leadership skills
  • PMP, HR, Workday, Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
