What would you do Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources.   • Strong experience in program governance, financial oversight, and contractual management within global or multi-location environments.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end service delivery, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to commitments.
  • Extensive experience in eCommerce operations, with a strong understanding of digital business environments.
  • Hands-on experience running a business function or leading teams managing multiple platforms and multilingual ecosystems, including but not limited to marketplaces, beauty retailers, and D2C platforms.
  • Solid exposure to APAC market dynamics, with the ability to navigate regional operational and stakeholder complexities.
  • Proven capability to manage financial performance, including cost optimization, budget tracking, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong understanding of service governance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting structures.
  • Experience in forecasting, workforce planning, and capacity management within large-scale programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle escalations, conflicts, and complex operational challenges effectively. Team & Capability Development
  • Lead and mentor PMO/governance team members, ensuring capability development and performance management.

  • Own and drive end-to-end governance and service delivery oversight across global or multi-location environments.
  • Ensure adherence to service governance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting standards.
  • Monitor delivery performance and proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely closure of critical issues. Financial & Contractual Oversight
  • Manage and track program-level financial performance, including cost optimization, revenue risk mitigation, and budget alignment.
  • Maintain and govern contractual documentation, ensuring compliance and timely escalation of deviations.
  • Support forecasting, workforce planning, and capacity management activities. eCommerce & Market Expertise
  • Apply extensive experience in eCommerce operations to support governance of digital commerce programs.
  • Leverage experience of leading teams or business functions managing multiple platforms and multilingual ecosystems, including marketplaces, beauty retailers, and D2C platforms.
  • Utilize strong understanding of APAC market dynamics to ensure effective governance and regional alignment. Stakeholder & Leadership Management
  • Engage with senior client and internal stakeholders to drive alignment on governance priorities and program performance.
  • Facilitate governance forums, leadership reviews, and strategic reporting sessions.
  • Influence decision-making and provide strategic insights to leadership., Any Graduation
