We at Coforge are hiring Delivery Head with the following skillset:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage delivery and carry P&L responsibility for a large client.
- Overall leadership of the Delivery team.
- Delivery Management, Operations, Support and Maintenance of critical multiple applications.
- Orchestrate horizontal service lines like Infra, Integration, Experience, Data, ERP.
- Lead and support customer in their product and technology solutions development and deployment in various areas (automation, AI/ML, engineering, architecture, integration etc.)
- Customer Management: Building strong relationships with customers working closely with the Client Partner.
- Metrics, Dashboard, SLA reporting and tracking.
- Responsibility to transform processes and operations.
