Job Title: Delivery Head BFSI Domain (US Customers)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Delivery Head to lead Data & AI engagements for US-based Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge, delivery excellence, and a strong understanding of regulatory and operational nuances in the US financial ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI programs for BFSI clients in the US.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance standards (e.g., FFIEC, GLBA, SOX), and client-specific governance models.
- Drive delivery excellence through robust planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary delivery interface for US-based BFSI clients, ensuring high satisfaction and strategic alignment.
- Understand client business models, regulatory pressures, and digital transformation goals to tailor solutions effectively.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage globally distributed teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore locations.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Strategic Growth & Innovation:
- Partner with sales and solutioning teams to support account growth and new opportunity development.
- Contribute to the creation of domain-specific accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets for BFSI clients.
Financial Oversight:
- Own P&L for US BFSI delivery portfolio.
- Monitor budgets, resource utilization, and profitability across engagements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of IT services experience with at least 5 years in BFSI delivery for US clients.
- Strong understanding of US financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and customer expectations.
- Expertise in data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), analytics, AI/ML, and data governance.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale transformation programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Preferred Certifications:
- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications
- Domain certifications in BFSI (e.g., US Banking, Insurance, Risk & Compliance)
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP)
