Job Title: Cybersecurity Practice Head
Location: Gurgaon / Noida / Hyderabad
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Practice Head to lead the strategic growth, service innovation, and go-to-market execution of our cybersecurity business. The role demands a seasoned leader with deep domain expertise, business acumen, and the ability to scale offerings and teams across markets and industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the Cybersecurity practice strategy aligned with company vision and market trends.
- Drive the practice P&L, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
- Shape a multi-year roadmap covering service portfolio, delivery excellence, and capability maturity.
- Represent cybersecurity thought leadership across internal and external forums.
2. Offerings & Playbooks
- Develop and continuously evolve cybersecurity service offerings across:
- Cloud Security & Zero Trust
- Application Security & DevSecOps
- Security Operations (SOC, SIEM, SOAR, XDR)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM)
- GRC & Compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.)
- Threat Intelligence & Incident Response
- Build repeatable playbooks, solution templates, and accelerators for presales and delivery.
- Collaborate with product, delivery, and alliances teams to ensure market-relevant solutions.

- Accountable for annual revenue targets, pipeline growth, and win rates.
Qualifications & Experience
- 13 to 19 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in leadership or practice management roles. Presales and sales to clients in USA and Europe
- Proven track record in building and scaling cybersecurity businesses or practices.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and enterprise architectures.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native and hybrid security solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in defining and executing GTM and partnership strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and strategic thinking.
- Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or equivalent.
