Role Overview:

We are seeking a Delivery leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of large scale business

intelligence solutions for our clients. This role combines client engagement, delivery

management, and hands-on leadership to ensure timely, high-impact dashboard solutions

across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the delivery of BI dashboards from requirement gathering to deployment for

multiple clients

● Engage with business stakeholders to translate KPIs and data needs into actionable

dashboard solutions

● Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts

● Ensure high-quality visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik

● Coordinate with data engineering, data science teams for seamless data integration

● Drive agile delivery practices and manage client expectations

Mandated Skills:

● Bachelor's Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities like IIT's / NIT's and

MBA from Top Tier B-schools is preferred

● 15 + years in BI/analytics delivery, with 3+ years in a people management role

● Hands-on expertise in Power BI / Tableau / Qlik

● Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and delivery skills

● Experience in a consulting environment delivering to external clients

● Knowledge of SQL, DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization

● Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus
