Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and develop the architecture of distributed configuration distribution solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
Collaborate with other technical leaders to ensure alignment with company technology strategy.
Develop and maintain solutions using Go, with experience in C/C++ preferred.
Design a configuration pipeline integrating databases, cache frameworks, Go services, cloud components, proxies, and load balancers.
Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards.
Drive technical vision, influence product roadmap, and implement large-scale, cross-functional projects.
Lead the discovery phase of large projects and develop high-level designs.
Supervise cross-functional engineering teams, including offshore associates.
Direct root cause analysis of critical business and production issues.
Develop innovation strategies and best practices by partnering with cross-functional teams and communicating with executives.
