- Confirm receipt of delivered items with customers to ensure their satisfaction with Zepto's service.
- Exhibit professionalism in appearance and interactions with customers.
- Report delivery issues or customer feedback to Zepto's management promptly.
- Follow all safety guidelines and traffic rules during deliveries.
- Update delivery status and maintain accurate records as per Zepto's requirements.
- Address any delivery route changes or unexpected issues efficiently.
- Assist in managing delivery inventory and ensuring accuracy for Zepto.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in Hindi or English, essential for effective interaction with customers for Zepto.
- Reliable and responsible with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (for vehicle users) or comfort with cycling.
- Familiarity with local routes in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi is beneficial.
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Capability to securely handle cash transactions.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights.
