Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers at designated addresses in a timely manner.
- Collect payments from customers as per the delivery requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and condition of items before and after delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns from customers.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing SAS Logistics.
- Verify delivery addresses and confirm receipt of orders with customers.
- Report any delivery issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Handle and manage cash or digital payments securely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic rules while on the road.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and report to management as needed.
Requirements
