Summary:

We are looking for an Automation Architect to design, develop, and implement automation workflows for business and IT processes. The candidate should have strong scripting skills, understand business processes, and proactively identify areas for automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automations for business and IT processes.
• Analyze data and information to optimize automation workflows.
• Investigate and propose new areas for automation within the IT workplace.
• Assess and recommend upgrades to existing automation workflows.
• Develop an automation roadmap for IT and business processes.
• Create automation workflows using System Center Orchestrator.
• Develop proactive healing scripts using Nexthink.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure automation initiatives align with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with System Center Orchestrator.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, Python, and CLI.
• Understanding of business processes and IT operations.
• Experience with Nexthink for proactive automation and monitoring.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
