Expertise with one or more of the following systems preferred:
- Dayforce WFM, Payroll and HRIS
- They have previously served as a Dayforce Consultant either at Dayforce or another consulting organization that supports Dayforce
- Dayforce Consultants generally have a skillset that is tied to at least one of the modules in Dayforce, but not all. Our most in demand skillset is Workforce Management (also known as WFM).
- Given our size, we provide very little Dayforce training – we target candidates that already know how to configure the system. Candidates should be comfortable with this approach.
- Our consultants need to be professional, strong communicators and capable of functioning on projects independently.
