Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Daycare Coordinator at our upcoming center in Sulikunte Village, off Sarjapur - Marathahalli Road, Dommasandra, Bengaluru location. The Daycare Coordinator will oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children. Responsibilities include managing schedules, supervising staff, coordinating activities, handling parent communications, maintaining compliance with childcare regulations, and fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere for children and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education, child development, or related fields
• Proficient in team leadership, staff supervision, and conflict resolution
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and record-keeping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, parents, and staff
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in childcare settings
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young children
• Relevant certifications in first aid or childcare are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred
