As a Database Administrator, you will engage in the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Your typical day will involve installing database management systems, developing procedures for daily maintenance, and resolving any issues that arise, all while collaborating with team members to enhance database functionality and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of database policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
- Monitor database performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong understanding of database management systems and their architecture.
- Experience with SQL and database query optimization.
- Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for databases.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
