Looking to work on impactful BI & Reporting initiatives in a fast-paced environment We are hiring a Power BI Developer with strong technical expertise to join our growing team!

Location: PAN India (Hybrid)

Experience: 5+ Years

Shift: Rotational (12 PM – 9 PM & 9 PM – 4 AM)

Role Overview:

This is a pure technical role focused on developing and optimizing dashboards, working with curated datasets, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

️ Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards & reports

️ Work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs & reporting needs

️ Build optimized data models using Gold-layer datasets

️ Write efficient DAX queries and perform data analysis

️ Ensure data quality, validation, and performance tuning

️ Support enhancements and ongoing BI reporting

️ Must-Have Skills:

Power BI (Reports, Dashboards, DAX)

SQL

BI & Reporting experience

Strong communication skills

⭐ Mandatory Requirement:

Tableau experience is a must
