Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
- Lead discovery workshops with CIO-level stakeholders and Architecture teams
- Assess end-to-end PSA and Order-to-Cash architecture including Salesforce, NetSuite/OpenAir, Ironclad, and Boomi
- Identify opportunities to simplify, consolidate, or retire systems and processes
- Evaluate impacts to billing, revenue, and RCA
- Provide executive-ready recommendations and future-state principles
Key Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of IT experience with strong enterprise / data architecture background
- Proven experience in application portfolio rationalization
- Strong understanding of PSA and Order-to-Cash processes
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite/OpenAir, CLM tools, and integration platforms
- Excellent stakeholder facilitation and consulting skills
Nice to Have
- RCA or finance system exposure
- Prior consulting or advisory experience
