Mobile Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable mobile architectures for iOS or Android platforms.
• Integrate mobile applications with various backend systems, ensuring efficient communication via APIs.
• Manage and maintain Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for mobile applications.
• Work closely with business and IT partners to understand business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and high-performance mobile applications.
• Conduct mobile architecture assessments, providing recommendations for optimization and improvements.
• Lead the development and deployment of mobile tools to enhance development processes and application performance.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure alignment between technical and business teams.
• Ensure that mobile applications meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
• Assist in strategic planning and process redesign, ensuring that mobile initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
• Communicate effectively with various organizational levels, explaining technical solutions in a business-friendly manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mobile Architecture with expertise in either iOS or Android.
• At least 2 years of experience in Mobile Integration.
• At least 2 years of experience in Application Programming Interface (API) Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in using Mobile Tools.
• Proven experience in business consulting, process redesign, and strategic planning.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and business/IT partner interaction skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels both internally and externally.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• MBA or equivalent experience.
