Role Summary:
Drive client success, delivery excellence, and strategic growth for email operations, spam/abuse mitigation, and Trust & Safety programs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary client interface, managing governance, reporting, and strategic alignment
· Oversee end-to-end delivery of email operations, ensuring SLA, quality, and compliance adherence
· Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics using Splunk-driven insights to guide decision-making
· Manage multi-vendor ecosystems and ensure alignment across global stakeholders
· Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement industry best practices
· Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and email security standards
· Support business growth through solutioning, upsell opportunities, and thought leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 8+ years of experience in email operations / Trust & Safety / SOC / security operations
· Deep expertise in SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email ecosystems
· Strong hands-on experience with Splunk
· Proven experience managing global clients and 24x7 operations
· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
