Role Overview
We are looking for a
Data Scientist who can
build the intelligence layer of Hiwox someone who can turn fragmented healthcare and behavioral data into
predictive, personalized, and scalable solutions.
This is not a backend analytics role this is a
core product + innovation role.
Key Responsibilities1. Data Strategy & Architecture
- Design and implement end-to-end data systems for healthcare and wellness products
- Identify key data points across user behavior, health patterns, and outcomes
- Build scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
- Predictive Modeling & AI
- Develop ML models for prediction, classification, and recommendation
- Work on personalization engines for healthcare solutions
- Build models for early detection, risk scoring, and behavioral insights
- Healthcare & Behavioral Insights
- Analyze multi-dimensional wellness data (beyond traditional health metrics)
- Identify patterns in user behavior, lifestyle, and health outcomes
- Translate insights into product features and innovation opportunities
- Experimentation & Optimization
- Design and run A/B tests and experiments
- Optimize products and systems based on data-driven learnings
- Build frameworks for continuous improvement and iteration
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and healthcare teams
- Convert business problems into data-driven solutions
- Support decision-making through dashboards, reports, and insights
- Future Innovation
- Explore AI + healthcare integrations (recommendation systems, automation, smart diagnostics)
- Contribute to building data-first healthcare products
- Think beyond current systems focus on scalable and futuristic solutions
What We're Looking For
- 14 years of experience in Data Science / AI / Machine Learning
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.)
- Experience in data modeling, predictive analytics, and experimentation
- Ability to work with unstructured and early-stage datasets
- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking mindset
- Interest in healthcare innovation and 01 building
Good to Have
- Experience with healthcare data / wearable data / behavioral analytics
- Knowledge of recommendation systems or personalization engines
- Exposure to AI-driven product development
