What You'll Own
- End-to-end product & engineering ownership: from architecture development deployment scaling
- Tech vision & roadmap: define the future of AI-powered conversation intelligence
- Core product build: lead development of real-time transcription, NLP, analytics, and integrations
- AI/ML innovation: work with cutting-edge LLMs, speech-to-text, embeddings, RAG, and automation models
- Infrastructure: design scalable, secure systems built for enterprise
- Hiring: build and lead the engineering & ML teams
- Security & compliance: ensure enterprise-grade privacy, SOC2 readiness, and data governance
- Fundraising: join founders in pitching and shaping our technical narrative
- Customer-facing: collaborate with design, founders, and enterprise users to build what matters
Who You Are
- 410 years experience building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms
- Deep expertise in one or more:
- Speech AI (STT, diarization, sentiment, call analytics)
- NLP/LLMs (OpenAI, Whisper, RAG, fine-tuning, model evaluation)
- Scalable backend engineering (Python, Node, Go, or similar)
- Cloud DevOps (AWS, GCP, containerization, security, CI/CD)
- Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and building 01 products
- Experience integrating with enterprise ecosystems (CRMs, dialers, meeting platforms, APIs)
- A builder with a bias for speed, iteration, and ownership
- Bonus: Have shipped ML products, led engineering teams, or worked in AI infrastructure
