This is a full-time remote role for a Data Scientist. As a Data Scientist at Fini, you will analyze, model, and interpret complex datasets to inform and enhance Fini's AI capabilities. You will develop data analytics pipelines, design algorithms, create impactful visualizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on developing solutions that align with customer needs. You will also be responsible for refining the AI system to ensure high accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

• Strong expertise in Data Science, including the ability to design and implement machine learning models.
• Proficiency in Statistics and Data Analytics for extracting valuable business insights.
• Experience in Data Analysis and Data Visualization for presenting complex information in a user-friendly manner.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and software; ability to work with APIs and data integrations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and building scalable data solutions is beneficial.
