Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, or applied data science roles.
Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, model development, and automation.
Proven experience working as an Individual Contributor, owning end-to-end model development and delivery.
Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Operations Research (OR) models.
Proven ability to design, develop, evaluate, and deploy innovative, highly scalable ML models in production environments.
Strong exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) for insight generation and advanced analytical use cases.
Experience in deploying and maintaining models in production, including performance monitoring and optimization.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, product, and engineering teams.
Good to have: Familiarity with agentic architectures and next-generation AI frameworks.
