Job Description:
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and GenAI solutions.
- Drive innovation in areas like NLP, deep learning, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
- Oversee model performance, scalability, and deployment best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Data Science, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI frameworks.
- Experience with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based ML ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to translate business problems into data-driven strategies and solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or AI product development.
