Position: Salesforce Data Migration Specialist

Location: Noida / Pune / Bangalore / Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Salesforce solution design and define the data migration strategy from GCP to Salesforce, ensuring scalability and performance.

Define data architecture, transformation logic, and integration approaches across hybrid cloud environments (GCP, AWS, D365).

Establish and enforce data quality, governance, validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure compliance and minimize risk.

Oversee ETL pipelines, API integrations, and data flows between GCP and Salesforce while optimizing system efficiency.

Provide technical leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in data migration, ETL, and cloud integrations, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud preferred).

Proven experience in migrating data from GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow) to Salesforce.

Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Glue) and Microsoft D365.

Hands-on experience with ETL and integration tools such as Salesforce Data Loader, MuleSoft, Talend, Informatica, or AWS Glue.

Strong knowledge of data modelling, SQL, and scripting using Python or Apex.

Understanding of data governance frameworks such as GDPR and data lineage.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (Data Architecture / Integration Architect) are highly desirable.
