Data Migration Specialist

• We are seeking a technically strong Senior ETL Developer with 5-7 years of experience to join our team
• This role requires expertise in the ETL process and SQL programming, and the ability to work night shifts to collaborate with our client team
• The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience with data migration, complex SQL Server programming, and the enhancement of SSDT-SSIS packages

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client team during night shifts
• Lead and manage the full ETL process for data migration projects
• Write and optimize complex stored procedures and SQL jobs
• Enhance current SSDT-SSIS packages with automation techniques to improve efficiency
• Handle data mapping and transformation steps for large databases extracted from multiple data sources
• Implement and manage data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
• Develop efficient scripts and utilize tools to speed up data processing and transformation

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in ETL processes and SQL programming
• Proven experience in data migration projects
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including the development of complex stored procedures and SQL jobs
• Experience with SSDT-SSIS package development and enhancement
• Ability to automate ETL processes and improve efficiency using stored procedures, scripts, or other techniques
• Experience with handling data mapping and transformation for large databases
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work night shifts to coordinate with the client team
