Job Description

Responsibilities and Requirements

10+ years of total experience with 6+ years specifically in data governance
Lead the implementation of data governance programs including MDM, data quality, cataloging, and policy enforcement
Architect end-to-end data governance solutions using tools such as Collibra or Atlan
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define strategies, policies, and standards
Perform data profiling, lineage analysis, and data quality assessments
Develop and enforce workflows and frameworks for data lifecycle management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide ongoing governance support
Experience in agile environments and team leadership in data governance initiatives
Desirable: Hands-on experience with Mulesoft, MS Purview, and Profisee; relevant certifications preferred
