Roles & Responsibilities
• Verifying applications submitted by the students to make sure that the data mentioned in the application matches with the data in the transcript (mark sheets).
• Need to make the necessary changes in the application if any data doesn't match with the transcript.
• Need to undeliver (reject) the application if there is huge mismatch in the data or if there is any of the institutions/colleges attended by the applicant that is not mentioned in the application.
• Need to make the corrections to the errors sent by the QA.
• Need to maintain a record of the daily work done and end of the day number of applications verified data to be sent to the team lead in the given format.
• Need to notify the team lead about any application that is pending for verification from a long time.
• Need to be ready to work on any of the services based on the business requirement.
• Need to be ready to work on rotational shifts & rotational week off.
Requirement
• Graduation in any field.
• Decent written and oral communication skills.
