Role Summary

ACKO Finance is looking for a detail-driven Data Entry Operator to strengthen its operational backbone. This role is critical to maintaining data accuracy, process integrity, and operational efficiency across financial workflows. The ideal candidate brings discipline, speed, and accountability, someone who understands that clean data is foundational to smart decisions in a digital-first financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain financial and operational data across internal systems
• Validate data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before submission or processing
• Support finance and operations teams with timely data updates and documentation
• Maintain digital records and ensure proper data hygiene and version control
• Identify discrepancies or gaps in data and flag them proactively
• Adhere to internal SOPs, compliance standards, and data confidentiality norms
• Assist with periodic audits, reports, and operational reviews as required

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (commerce or finance background is a plus)
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, operations, or back-office support (finance/insurance preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy levels
• Comfortable working with MS Excel, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Ability to manage volume-driven work without compromising quality
• Reliable, process-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
