Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into databases and systems
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Review and correct data entry errors
• Assist in generating reports as required
• Support other administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
• Familiarity with data entry software and tools
• Strong typing skills with a speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Basic understanding of database management
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
