Data Entry Executive

This is a full-time remote role for a Data Entry Executive. The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. Daily tasks include verifying data consistency, reviewing and correcting errors, maintaining data confidentiality, and generating periodic reports. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data records while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

• Proficiency in data entry and data management with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities to meet strict deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as part of a remote team
• Experience with data management software or CRM systems (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in relevant fields is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
