Data Entry Executive

Babaclick is a UK-headquartered global e-commerce and fulfilment company, operating across the UK, US, EU, UAE, Canada, India, and China.

Our India team forms the operational backbone of Babaclick's cross-border fulfilment engine, enabling the international movement of goods through disciplined processes, logistics intelligence, and execution-first workflows.

This role supports our core operations team and focuses on maintaining clean, accurate, and execution-ready product data across global marketplaces.

This is a structured, accuracy-driven operational role involving repetitive, process-based tasks.

The work requires sustained focus, consistency, and strict adherence to defined standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Match Amazon ASINs to correct product listings across marketplaces
• Identify and verify vendor or buying links for listed products
• Update internal trackers using Excel / Google Sheets
• Maintain accuracy, naming consistency, and correct categorisation
• Flag missing, incorrect, or unclear data to the supervisor
• Follow defined processes and instructions without deviation

• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive, execution-focused work
• Basic working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to follow instructions precisely
• Reliable, disciplined, and punctual
• No prior e-commerce experience required (training provided)

This role is designed for candidates who are comfortable with structured, execution-focused work and clearly defined responsibilities.

• Salary: 3 LPA
• Location: Office-based
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday working going forward
• Work Mode: Completely on-site
