Primary Responsibility:

The primary responsibility of a Data Entry Associate is to accurately input, update, and maintain data in computer systems or databases. Their role ensures that information is organized, reliable, and easily accessible for business operations.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer and transaction details
• Verify and process banking documents and forms
• Assist in account opening, KYC verification, and documentation checks
• Handle back-end operations such as transaction processing and report generation
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
• Resolve basic queries related to banking processes

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, typing skills)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
