Azure Data Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, Pune

Experience: 3- 10 Years

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

• Strong experience with Azure Data Engineering services
• Hands-on expertise in Python and PySpark
• Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, joins, window functions)
• Experience with Azure Databricks
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestration
• Experience working with Azure Data Lake (ADLS Gen2)
• Solid understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)
• Experience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps)

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics
• Knowledge of Delta Lake
• Exposure to streaming data (Kafka, Event Hubs)
• Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools
• Understanding of cloud security and governance
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
