Identify villages and farmers for data collection for the Soybean Grain Analyser project

Engage and coordinate with district/state-level partners for project support

Train field functionaries for proper deployment of the Soybean Grain Analyser Solution (2025-26)

Conduct ground truthing to validate model performance in real-field conditions

Validate, verify, and test AI/ML models to ensure accuracy of solutions

Collect and manage data for monitoring, evaluation, and reporting purposes

Support model testing in controlled environments to improve solution reliability

Report progress and insights to the project team and escalate issues as needed
