Job Description

CDP & Platform Context:

  • Primary Project: Implementing Customer Data Platform (currently in RFP stage)
  • Vendors Under Consideration: Adobe CDP, Tealium, Treasure Data
  • Objective: Create unified golden record by connecting siloed marketing systems (Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, 6th Sense, etc.)
  • Current State: No existing CDP; data sits in separate systems

Platform / Tool Expertise:

  • Must Have:
    • CDP experience (Adobe CDP, Tealium, or Treasure Data)
    • Adobe Analytics
  • Good to Have:
    • Eloqua, 6th Sense, Zoom Info, Bombora, Adobe Experience Manager
    • Marketing automation and ABM tools experience
Core Competencies Required:

  • Data flow and architecture understanding
  • End-to-end product management (inception to implementation)
  • Active listening and translating between business/technical teams
  • Learning agility for new platforms
  • Multi-market stakeholder management

Role Expectations

  • Bridge between business stakeholders and engineering (not pure technical or pure business role)
  • Become CDP subject matter expert
  • Convert stakeholder requirements into engineering deliverables
  • Coordinate data integration across multiple system
